Accommodatie lijkt wel steeds meer te vervallen. Er mag best een opknapbeurt komen.

It looked pretty in pictures and it was not horrendous . However it was very dusty , they don’t agree with housekeeping , the appliances were all broken and we hag to beg for toilet roll . In all fairness on day 3 the manager went to the shop to buy us some !!! This should be provided!

Hello . To be honestly this apartment was so dusty everywhere . There was no cleanliness anywhere . As an allergy suffer this was horrific. It was a nightmare to even get in touch to speak to anyone as no one spoke English . And when we did they made this a big deal and it was not done . We also forgot the code for the car park to enter and the staff were bit happy and very unprofessional . The customer service was aweful and I would never recommend this to anyone ! Please avoid this hotel ! Had I not been in an emergency situation ( a wedding ) I would have looked for another property. Avoid avoid avoid

Top tout était parfait pour un voyage en famille. Du logement au personnel au petit soin. Tres agréable. Zone géographiquement parfaite. Merci a khalid, a la sécurité et au manager ! Je recommande sur Casablanca. Je reviendrai !

Cleaning not enough

Location is good. Staff is helpful and responsive.

Internet is very slow Television doesnt work properly, need replacement. Cleaning is at separate cost even if you are living for a week, didnt knew this while booking. 10th floor is too noisy because of a club on 11th floor. It is difficult to sleep at night.
