Parking tight for two vehicles but possible garden needs a better description it’s not secure and remote from the house but adequate.

"Awful. We were frozen."

No one replied on the emergency number provided or answered my email asking for help to turn the heating on. Our party included two elderly people and two with health issues. What should have been a memorable stay was spoilt due to the incompetence of the company.
