I never stay in this property and they charge me , shame on this app shows property that doesn’t available, and take people money

I tried contacting the property several times by mobile to confirm I’d be arriving between 11–12 and to ask if early access was possible, as I needed to store medication in the fridge. I received no response at all, despite calling and messaging. After a 5‑hour drive with two children who have medical conditions, the host cancelled on me while I was standing outside the property, claiming it “needed works” and wouldn’t be ready. This happened the day before New Year’s, leaving me no choice but to book another place at a much higher price. Now I’ve been told I have to wait 12 days for a refund. The whole experience was completely unacceptable.

When I arrived at the properly I tried contacting the number advertised there was no reply it went straight to voicemail. The man on the desk said 4 people before me had the same problem and that they had also been scammed.

I tried to contact the property 30 times and got no where. I then had to rebook another stay which cost me 500£! I spoke to booking.com and said for them to read the reviews that they were all bad and all other customers had experienced the same scam. DO NOT BOOK. Do not understand why this property is still being advertised.

I paid for the property and I wasn’t given the keys to the apartment. Called and text the number on there several time no response till date. It’s a scam, my £160 is gone. I’m still on the issue with booking.com
