Lack of complimentary amenities like ironing boards, slippers, low quality bathrobes. The bathroom lack usable space, AC is quite weak and toilets are known to get clogged. 4 star hotel with 5 star comfortability and unbeatable location.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Phong Nha und ist ruhig. Das Areal ist weitläufig und schön angelegt. Es gibt eine Höhle auf dem Areal und der Ausblick in die Umgebung ist wunderbar. Ein toller Ort für ein paar ruhige Tage, um sich zu entspannen. Ausserdem hat es dort einen kleinen Zoo, die Kinder durften die Hasen füttern und streicheln. Der Kaffee war sehr lecker und das Frühstück ebenso. Wir kamen nachts um 3Uhr an, da unser Bus sehr viel schneller war als angekündigt. Wir mussten eine Stunde vor verschlossenem Tor warten bis man uns bemerkte. Thinh gewährte uns daraufhin einen sehr grosszügigen Rabatt und gab uns ein Upgrade fürs Zimmer. Dies hätte er nicht tun müssen, wir waren immerhin 4 Stunde zu früh dort und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie unterstützen uns bei Planung der Touren, Taxi, Koffer tragen und lasen uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Thinh und sein Team haben uns sehr verwöhnt, wir bekamen immer wieder kleine Geschenke und Gefälligkeiten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Location is quite far from Phong Nha and the caves. So great if you want to relax on a nice farm but not great if you are hoping to sightsee. Staff aren’t equipped to help you book tours or transfers or rent motorbikes - you will need to do that in Phong Nha. We got the sense this is a place where mostly Vietnamese vacationers stay and they aren’t really equipped for foreign tourists wanting to do more tours, etc. They also only accept cash, which is fine, but recommend they tell you that upfront!

Douchekop moest je in je handen houden tijdens het douchen omdat deze verkeerd was geïnstalleerd.

Rộng rãi, có nhà hàng ăn uống, bể bơi...trẻ em trải nghiệm thăm farm cũng vui có động vật cừu/thỏ.

-Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng (mỳ tôm, mỳ ốpla) tạm tạm. -Đường vào bungalow trơn trượt dễ té ngã (đã té) nên mọi người cẩn thận trẻ em, người lớn tuổi...đặc biệt là mưa ướt càng trơn. -Nhà vệ sinh mùi hôi khó chịu, tuy đã góp ý từ lần ở trước đó 🙃 lần này đặt giúp bạn vẫn phàn nàn về mùi phòng vệ sinh.

It was a beautiful location in a valley of mountains, only 10 minutes outside of town. The cabins were beautiful, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

We booked here because we wanted to have a quiet 2 nights after being in very busy, touristy areas for the past week. We arrived to music blaring through loud speakers and were then told there was a group who had booked a party. We were told that the music would be off by 9:30pm after we said we would look for other accommodation, but the music and very loud karaoke went on until 11:30. We also booked another night on the premise that there would be no music the following day, but we were woken up at 7am to more music which was still playing when we returned from a day’s activities and continued until 12am. We would’ve definitely booked somewhere else for the second night to avoid the noise, but we were assured that the music would stop and this we did not appreciate. If you are thinking of booking here for a quiet mountain stay, make sure to check if there is an event happening… They also do not take credit cards which they failed to mention from the start.
