Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich mit guten bis sehr guten Englisch Kenntnise. Sie haben uns einen super Taxi Fahrer organisiert mit diversen Ausflugsziele auf den Weg nach den Ban Gioc Wasserfallen. Die Betten sind sehr Bequem mit sehr guten Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Der Rooftop ist wirklich toll.

Das Frühstücks könnte noch verbessert werden nach meinem Geschmack. Aber es waren nicht soviel Gäste da vielleicht war dass auch der Grund.

The property was a perfect stop for one night after doing the Ha Giang motorbike loop.

The breakfast they packed for us due to an early morning departure wasn’t very good. The hallway neither rooms was very pokey but that wasn’t really an issue.

The recepcionist Dŭng was the best of our 3 days im Cao Bang. He was the highlight really helpful and gave us really good tips for our time there. The best receptionist in Vietnam in our Month over Vietnam.. I hope i will see him again. 🙏

The breakfast is not worth it.

Reception staff was excellent! The bar staff not so much; not engaging at all and acted like we we inconveniencing them when requesting service. Breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
