"Scam and mold"

They cancelled my booking after the check-in. The room i booked was full, so I was downgraded without compensation. The hotel was infected with moll and bad smell in all floors. I left it before time. Stay away, save your health time and frustration.

The primary receptionist (Thao) was excellent. She made our visit very special. One day she was our tour guide to multiple locations outside of the city.

Shower water could have been hotter.

The bed! Super soft! Super soft nice pillows and mattes! We slept like in heaven! The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean with enough hit water for both of us! The location is also very nice! Right in the center of the city!
