The Pier Hotel

The location was great and the room, although a bit basic was pretty comfortable.

The bathroom wasn’t the best and the toilet wasn’t actually attached to wall, so it constantly moved when using it. The worst part about the place is noise from the bar downstairs, Friday and Saturday there was karaoke on at a ridiculous volume until about 2am. Don’t expect to get any sleep if you’re in bed before it stops. I’ll definitely go back to Aberystwyth but I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Toilet was coming away from the wall. Curtains were hanging off the rail. No seating area to sit and relax. Bar did not open. No facility for breakfast. Site says on site parking but there is not. No one there to greet you. Impersonal key in envelope on arrival. Would not go back to this hotel. More of a bedsit/ student accommodation rather then a hotel for visitors to the town.

Noisy. If we knew about karaoke night, we would’ve stayed elsewhere. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Close to the pier and not far to walk to the railway
