Location: easy access to beach and the town Center Cleanliness Prompt response from staff Spacious rooms Overall Easy going.

Our heater was not working but my friend’s room heater was working. Only thing was room heater other than that everything is just perfect.

No tv remote, couldn’t access WiFi, heater did not work, loud alley way outside property where drunk people woke us up in the middle of the night

Dirty carpets, too hot in room, couldn't open windows. Tape on wall in bathroom, hole in wall in bathroom. Said there's parking, there isnt.

No one to greet you on arrival or departure and safety concerns about the exterior of the property linked to one of our rooms. Sent numerous messages that only got answered after getting in touch with booking.com
