Convenient and safe location. Walking distance to Heavenly Village, casino, amphitheater and lake.

The beds were comfortable. AC worked good. and the rustic feel. They accept pets.

when we walked in we noticed the carpets were not vacuumed there was so much stuff along the trims of the wall. the carpets were so gross big stains on them. I asked for the vacuum so I cld do it. The curtains were dirty. The blinds were jacked up. The top bunk bed pillow case had stains when I looked at the pillow it had yellow stains and blood stains on it. I gave to the made in disgust and told her to throw it away. I checked all the other beds and those were clean. the top of shower had some mildew stains. but the shower itself worked amazing. This hotel has such potential it's in the perfect place. The fridge didn't work well. The breakfast area was a joke worst ever. The juice machine didn't work cause no staff cld find the key. The young staff working that on a busy weekend was also a joke they knew nothing. The only had toast, bagels, cereal and muffins in bags and oatmeal bags. so this is not breakfast and most of it was gone. For the price you pay on the holiday weekend is a joke. I stayed at lower end hotels who had it better. Like I said the place has alot of potential if it were to be remodeled. people were walking through hallways smoking weed. This place had alot of kids roaming around. The best things were the beds surprisingly they were comfortable and clean. Yes I'm irritated. we paid almost 900 dollars to stay 2 days...I really hope this place changes...everything is super dated. in the hotel itself. The rooms itself are mixed.

Was a rustic hotel. The room was huge. Liked the hotel, but they only had 1 elevator that became out of service one afternoon.

Great hotel! Super mountainy vibe and walking distance to everything fabulous in slt!

No parking. No one at desk to check in.

Great location to restaurants and casinos and Lake Tahoe, will be back.

locatie was goed, dat was het enige.

er was geen personeel om in te checken. ik heb een half uur gewacht. ben daarna naar andere hotels gelopen om iemand te zoeken. personeel begroet je niet in de ochtend. zit alleen op hun telefoon. kamers zijn extreem gehorig. je hoort alles. elke voetstap! kamer stinkt en was heel vies. ontbijt heel slecht. Heel slecht hotel!

Rooms are not very clean, stained carpet and the window in our room had two small see through curtain panels that didn’t even cover the window. Had to tie a blanket to the rod to get some privacy and try to block the sun. Location is great though!

This hotel is way too overpriced compared to what they offer. Actual condition is not like what it looks on the pictures. Very outdated, ugly and old. Can't believe we paid 350$ for one night at such an ugly motel.
