Breakfast items needs to be refill

The staff was super friendly. The location was great and walkable to the Heavenly Gondola. Parking was cramped but was free, which was nice.

For a so called 3-star hotel, this was more like a 1-star motel. The place is dated and claustrophobic. Though the staff was very friendly, the front desk most often didn't have anyone there. There will be a note to call someone if help is needed, but it goes to a voicemail and no one calls you back. When we checked in around 6pm, our room was not ready since they were still cleaning the rooms. So we ended up taking a one-bed room as opposed to two twins that we had paid for since we were tired from skiing all day. It says breakfast is included, but it is pathetic. You'll find a bunch of cheap plastic wrapped muffins and bagels in the lobby. We ended up going to the local Starbucks.
