Tout était très bien, l'hôtel a un très bon emplacement et un parking

Le petit déjeuner est un peu sommaire mais tout était très bien pour le reste

Proximity to Heavenly Village and other shops were within walking distance. Also walking distance to the lake.

The hotel smells musty the moment you walk in. Our hotel room smelled as well. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The breakfast was more like just pastries and coffee or juice.

Initially we received a room where the heating system did not work. Then we changed rooms where the heater did work. I’m still awaiting refund from my initial deposit fee. Will give it a week before contacting them.

Oh how I hesitated to write this review. For the price, it’s “you get what you paid for”. The bathroom sink is in the main room, annoying. The carpet is old and musty, and, well you get the picture. The parking is a challenge, there are strange cement posts at the bottom of the support beams which separate each spot that look like they’ve been hit and scraped by many a guest over the years. On the upside, it’s in an ideal location. They allow dogs but we didn’t hear any barking until about 9am one morning out of the three nights we stayed here. The staff is very nice and the morning coffee was good.
