Not enough crockery Dirty plates and mugs Not enough dining chairs Some of the furnishings and hot lid are a bit tatty and need replacing especially for the nightly rate

The property itself was beautiful and very comfy, everything that you would need was an equipped in the cabin. We had a chilled night away.

It’s not very private, and the pictures are not the same as the cabin looks now when advertised The hot tub is what we really visited for and the hot tub had dirt at the moment as if it wasn’t cleaned and empty completely and only 3 jets on the hot tub was working was abit disappointed

It was comfortable.

It hadn’t been cleaned properly the fridge was dirty , cookies in the the main bedroom on the floor, kids room had lolly pop sticks on the floor. Bin stunk it needed a good wash we had to leave it outside it stank that much. Dial on the cooker was like a guessing game wondering which hob would light up first as the markings had worn away. No grill tray or oven trays. Only 1 wine glass.

Poorly equipped. No plug in kitchen seat. Cutlery didn’t match. No teaspoons. No curtain over main door - so no privacy. Lighting was abysmal

Lack of cutlery, crockery and glasses. No mattress protectors, lights not working, blind broken.

The Log Cabin was great. Large private garden for the dogs to run was perfect. The hottub was an excellent facility.

There wasn't much we didn't like. There were some cobwebs, and the hottub was too full. Both aren't big problems. Also I attempted to phone several times prior to arrival but could never get through to anyone.

Door was left unlocked and open for us arriving. Arrival / check in is stated as latest 8pm but we had a four hour drive after work so could not meet this. When we arrived and seen the condition of the accommodation we sent an email to the provided email address asking the owner to visit us in the morning - no reply and no visit. This is unfortunate as in the accommodation there is a notice asking for the opportunity to remedy any problems. We tried.

Everything is filthy. We had to wash every glass, plate, cup, knife and the cooker before we used them. The dishwasher had food and a tea bag in the bottom. Floors covered in dust. Fire extinguisher seal missing, no pressure gauge, dirty, no evidence of servicing. Smoke detector sensor full of dust. Microwave is dangerous / precariously balanced on bracket , not secured. Bathroom tap not secure. No toilet paper holder. Hob extractor fan filter full of grease. Removed hob fan filter and it is filthy inside also cobwebs. Kitchen sink, no plug and no washbasin. Hot tub is a tiny two seater (6 berth accommodation). Upstairs bedroom has no heating. Upstairs bedroom window, damaged. Panel markings rubbed off of hob and bedroom radiator. Pulled out sofa bed to use it, rubbish inside. No blind on bathroom window. Bathroom window does not fully close. Toothpaste on bathroom window. Shaving mirror filthy. Fridge ice box is full of ice and tissues. Needs attention. Hygiene sticker from underwear stuck to bedroom floor. Pizza oven, thermometer broken and no handle on metal door, only a metal stud

Location was lovely

The pizza oven was broken and i asked for help and got told someone would come round in 30 minutes however nobody turned up and we had to waste £30 on an uber eats as the pizza oven tray was completely Cracked The jets on the hot tub were faulty and would not turn off
