Very third class hotel with very low starndard. No water no Ac working. No staff attnedence. No neetness Bathrooms untidy.

Not satisfied with facilities available at hotel like neatness smell no hot water etc

It was a harrowing night. The hotel was in a dingy place. The didn't have a room boy and we have to carry our entire bags ourselves. The rooms were untidy and no windows and hence no ventilation. The rooms were stinking. No glasses, water heater and kettle in the room. When asked for glasses, they gave cheap plastic ones. We had to go to the market far away and bought glasses ourselves. No restaurant in the hotel or nearby. There was cobwebs in the bathroom and we had taken photos of it. We were forced to stay in spite of the problems because they had collected the entire amount while booking. We felt cheated and fooled. In fact I had made several bookings through you over the years and I never experienced such issues. The traveler makes the booking based on the trust and reputation of your portal. I failed to understand as to how you have selected this property and on what criteria. You must remove it instantly from your list. Also you must seek compensation for our troubles and the amount may be refunded to me. We didn't have a wink of sleep and all others were blaming me for choosing such a horrible property. Our trip ended with this horrible experience, as this was the last night of our trip of five nights. I expect a favorable response from you and compensation too.
