No hot water, dirty place, cheap locks, toilet dirty, really a rubbish hotel

I have already shared about rooms and in contact with customer service regarding complain ,totally different what pictures are shown to us ,,very small no space to move furniture is old and not clean ,even the washroom is so so dirty ,walls have mold ...Other than prime location everything was 0 star ,please dont prefer total wate of money.
