Llegamos y sabiendo que llevabamos niños me dieron la habitación en azotea ubicada en 7mo piso sin ascensor ya que este solo llegaba hasta el 5to. Despues de discutir porque no me querían reembolsar, me dieron una habitacion en 4to piso, estas habitaciones son antiguas, el aire acondicionado viejo e inservible. *Para que me den la habitación tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para que sea limpiada (la recepcionista estaba en discusión con el personal ya que nadie quería limpiar la habitación) Cabe resaltar que nosotros llegamos a las 4:30pm y el check out en éste establecimiento es a las 12pm.

Nos cancelaron la reserva hora antes de hospedarnos

Que nos cancelaron la reserva y cuando llamé me informaron que no tenían ninguna reserva y les dí mi número de reserva y nada. Luego me informaronnque no podían hacer nada porque las habitaciones estaban ocupadas hasta el domingo 24 agosto
