horrible location. Noisy neighbours coming in at all hours. Car parking is a nightmare. Horrible - would not recommend.

We booked as was close to family as we were in Bristol to celebrate a birthday of one of our kids

There were a number of problems. Arrived and the radiator in one room was hanging off the wall. Then the fire alarm system started going off for no reason . We were told that both would be fixed. Alarm was not so went off every 10 minutes after we pressed the button. Eventually after calling a few times we were moved to another flat that was further from family so necessary to drive for each meet. Also meant packing everything up and taking back down 2 flights of stairs. On the 2nd evening there had a message to say we had to move back to the original flat the next day as the one we had been moved to was needed ( we were not told this might happen when we were moved). Had to pack everything up and move. We were told that the only people who had been in the original flat were the maintenance crew fixing the alarm. When we arrived it was clear that beds had been slept in by people other than us. There were empty sweet packed on the floor in the bedroom and a half used glass of water by the bed, bedding had been used, towels on the floor. In the kitchen there were empty beer cans and food waste in the bin that was not ours. The response we got when we called about this was less than impressive. I believe it was ‘what’s the problem’ after I had sent pictures. They did send someone in to clean eventually but very unimpressed overall. We would expect a refund but have not heard anything from Nap

Great value for money, staff were super helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out!

Easy to access, with instructions. The size, of the flat is big. It has great facilities with the kitchen, the dining table, fridge, etc. The sofa bed is comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The curtains block out the light well. Heating is great and easy to operate.

The place has obviously been quick cleaned since, the last person. But there are some things that are getting grubby. Like lots of hand grime, on the edge of the bathroom door, and on the kitchen, door, where it is opened, the side of the bedside table. Sofa is getting grubby. Inside the microwave. Paintwork. To keep this place good and pleasant to stay, it needs a deep clean soon. There was a broken lamp with the wires. exposed that needs replacing.

La ubicación estaba muy bien y cerca de un Lidl para poder comprar. Desayuno no hubo, solo dejaron para hacer café y té.

El baño, no tenia donde colgar las toallas ni donde colocar las cosas de aseo. Lo que tenían era un armario con espejo encima del lavabo que mas antiguo no podía ser.
