Was clean

Place was extremely small and the sofa was not sufficient to sleep any regular size adult comfortably. This should not be advertised to accommodate any more than two small/ petit adults. Felt clusterphobic. Very limited, very, very minimal utensils. Main gate was closed on second night as the code did not work... got through after nearly 40 minutes of waiting. Location.

Generally clean

Facilities not great. For instance lack of essential items, such as bathroom mirror for shaving and hooks for hanging. The apartment was very hot and a couple of fans would have helped. The wi-fi stopped working. There was hardly any shower gel. No bottle opener (and lack of full set of cutlery). Broken chair. Narrow beds.

The beds were comfy. It would have been very nice 10 years ago.

The lock to get in was sticky. It didn't feel safe with the main door propped open with a brick. The rooms , oven, cupboards, kitchen utensils, bathroom were tired and unclean. The windows were filthy. The place smelled of marijuana and maize snacks

Convenient location to Lawrence Hill Station so getting to city and temple meads was easy enough.

Could do with some better upkeep. Very narrow stairs for taking our children’s buggy up and down.

Had everything we needed, was in great location to train station and uber ride into city centre.
