Arrived at check in time on a dark winter's night, area v dodgy. There was a strange man already in the property who told us to come back in 30 mins. Blood on the hall way walls. My daughter and I felt really unsafe and went straight to another hotel. I have been asking for a refund for months now and have not received one. Not a place for women or vulnerable people to visit

Close to the city center

The location was a bit hard to find even with the direction provided. I will suggest the Nap name be put outside the building or the house number outside the building to make it easier to locate.The staircase to the rooms were really tight. I didn’t like the fact the bathroom essentials weren’t completely provided like other AirBnB (like bathing soap, hand wash for the toilet). But generally the rooms, kitchen and everything about the building was very very good and clean. I will recommend for anyone.

It was very warm and clean with good location

The staff was helpful, the place was clean and warm, and the location central. It was a good stay. No serious problems occurred. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a cheap and central place in Bristol and who won't spend much time inside.

The shower is poor (it gives warm water only in one certain angle, it has a digital controller, ugh). The neighbourhood is quite bad and also the scenery. The 250 pounds deposit was annoying, but I understand where they're coming from. There was no coffee machine given either.

Beautiful place to stay all mod cons, comfy beds, cosy, 3 minutes walk from local Lidl, highly recommend to anyone

It is very spacious and warm, I love the independent heating without having to use a gas boiler - just feels safer. There are more facilities than one could need (oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine, two TVs and piles of extra towels, etc), it coud easily host a lot of people for an extended stay. Check-in and wifi sign in all very easy to use. There is a private courtyard as well before entering the building. The location is good for transport - lots of very frequent local buses and a train station on the doorstep (it saved us a trip to the centre since we could take a train directly from there). It is a short walk from the centre, but it does not seem like an area for nighttime walks (fairly safe in daytime). Oh, and there is a Lidl very closeby too!

The cleaners were late so it was done in a rush, but was still acceptable. I am not bothered much for the wait though. What did bother me was the noise from the traffic and other guests. On a Friday night, there was an after-party going on at 4am right above our flat (and loud voices and door slamming in the hallway) - none of us closed our eyes that night. For the rest of the nights, there is a busy road right below the gorgeously large bedoom window - it takes some effort to fall asleep in the noise made by passing cars as there is no double glazing that might insulate the sound (and I am used to living in way noisier places). For very tired people it is not loud enough to be a problem, or one could use earplugs or something. I ended up moving to the sofa bed in the other room where it is quieter. Another thing to note - you will need your own hand soap, shower gel, seasoning, oil and other essentials as they are not provided (except for a dishwash liquid and a jar of tea/sugar/milk).
