Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Tea/coffee provided.

Strong smell of cannabis in property. Poor security (locks not particularly secure). Shower pressure was TERRIBLE (almost unusable). No sheet on one of the beds. Some noise from the road.

It was easy to collect keys.

The area is a complete dump and there were bags of litter laying out across the road by the entrance. The flat smelled bad and felt grubby - especially the shower and fridge. The noise from the flat above and the road meant sleep was impossible.

Service was really good. Great communication. Great staff.

Was in a poor location, burst open bin bags strewn all over the street, shower was dirty and shower door not on the rails properly. There was a cheese grater that was incredibly dirty in the cupboard that should’ve been binned years ago. Windows could do with a good clean too.

The bedding and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable if a little narrow.

On quite a noisy corner of a semi-industrial area so be sure to be happy with its location before booking(near family for us). We were very disappointed by the accommodation. It did not have a seating area, just a table in the kitchen. It smelled pretty bad. The shower door was incredibly difficult to manoeuvre and kept coming off it wheels which was a safety issue. The shower arm was not good, and therefore, there was no way an adult could shower well. The extractor in the bathroom did not work. The doors to the bin store were all coming off their hinges and the courtyard was not a pleasant looking area to enter. In the end we decided the kids shouldn't stay there.
