GBSpring and Kimmi have been amazing! They been so helpful with recommendations for things to do and tailors to go to, they were super enthusiastic! Would be lost without them. Great location, close to old town, with loads of great walkable food options Hotel in general is very clean and comfortable. Little things that go the extra mile, like lots of complementary water Would definitely stay again, loved it !
CAStaff were very friendly and helpful - Kimmi and Spring were very accommodating! Location was great and the complimentary walking tour was much appreciated.
The shower set up was slightly difficult to use.

DEDie Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind super. Es ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Was uns aber besonders gut gefallen hat ist das Personal in diesem Hotel. Helen, Kimmi und Spring waren absolut zuvorkommend und nett, so dass man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die 3 geben das Beste für ihre Gäste. Egal welchen Wunsch man hat, sie machen alles möglich. Nach unserer 1. Nacht wussten sie bereits unsere Namen und haben uns immer persönlich begrüßt. Sie gaben super Empfehlungen was wir tun könnten. Besonders cool fanden wir auch den History Talk von Bao. Der Vortrag ist komplett kostenlos und informiert sehr gut über die Geschehnisse in Vietnam. Bei Boa merkte man sofort wie begeistert er ist bei dem was er tut. Wenn wir nochmal nach Hoi An kommen, würden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel wählen!

CAEmplacement idéal dans la vieille ville, mais sur une rue tranquille. Nous avons très bien dormi. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont très interessantes et différentes de celles que nous pouvons trouver par nous-mêmes dans la ville. L’accueil et le départ se sont déroulés parfaitement, merci à la gentillesse de Kimmy et de Spring!! Ils offrent l’eau, du café et du thé gratuitement tout le long du séjour ce qui est une attention bien appréciée.
