GBChecked-in with Spring who asked me to sit down for 2 minutes with her. I expected a hard sell of services but it was nothing like that. She told me about Hoi An, the areas to go and what times were best. When I told her that I'd already decided upon an activity, she was able to arrange the whole thing for me making everything really easy. And just as cheap as of I had tried to do it myself myself. The room was large and very clean and the bathroom had all the amenities anyone would need. The air-conditioning worked really well and there were already 2 large bottles of water in the refrigerator, cool and ready to drink. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Old Town and 10 minutes to the night market and lantern boats. In the morning, Helen and Tin greeted me with the same enthusiasm and attentiveness, and helped me to make breakfast choices. They do have standard breakfast items, like omelette and pancakes, but each day they also do a Vietnamese specialty, which they recommended and was tasty. Breakfast also comes with yogurt, a large plate of fruit, and juice and coffee. The stay, the room and the staff were all perfect. I could not have asked for any more.

GBAll the staff we met Helen, Kimmi and Spring were incredibly helpful and attentive. Communication prior to arriving was great. We arrived very late and they couldn't have been more helpful, making this seamless for us. Location is perfect. Highly recommend the free walking tour offered too.
Our room had all facilities needed and was spotless, but was by reception, with windows facing the reception and no outside windows. It didn't feel very private and we could hear all the comings and goings in reception.
