Fantastic views, great water pressure 😉, no need for a sound machine at night - the rushing river was wonderful! Very clean and safe.

Better sleeping pillows for the bed would be a nice improvement.

We really loved the room! The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, not amazing but comfortable. We were really happy with the air conditioning as well! Only issue we might've come across is the floor may need a really good mop. Other than that it's really great!

Location on the river. Walkable to downtown.

The room stunk so we decoded to not stay. We drove home. We didn’t even ask for a refund. We didn’t want to argue about it.

The positives about our stay were just that, very positive: The location and view; Communication from staff (texting, email, and the spiral-bound info in room were all top-notch); Entry lock system & check-in and check-out procedures; Cleanliness of bathroom and kitchen surfaces; Kitchen well-supplied with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Perfect! And, even though we didn't use it, it was very nice to see a working fireplace in the unit.

The overall impression of the room is that it is old and worn, from stains on the rugs to the missing portion of the refrigerator at its base revealing a dirty surface underneath. Figuring the rug in the bathroom wasn't laundered each time, we wondered how many bare feet had stood on it (it looked a little sad). The supply of bathroom towels was more than adequate, but there needed to be additional rods for drying them and/or some hooks for that purpose. The mattress was not level, sloping of to one side, and the bottom sheet somehow prevented turning over (compounded by the memory foam mattress). We loved spending each evening on the balcony looking at the river and the sunsets, but it would have been more pleasant if the table and chairs had been cleaned (dirty & dusty). Although the wall art was interesting, there was one arrangement mounted above the desk/table that was positively dangerous. I almost impaled myself on the spiky metal sculptures (and I didn't want to think of my eye meeting up with this art!). The wall clock was Art Deco interesting, but hadn't been supplied with a battery (it looked like) since it was mounted. One last thing: as we approached the unit, we couldn't help but notice the lint/leaves/this & that on the fabric surface in front of the door. Maybe another material would work better for this area because the impression left by what is there now is that it needed vacuuming to look tidy and welcoming.
