Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach

Everything was good, My room was on the hard rock café which I liked Location and breakfast are great

Nothing tonmention except it smells weird outside the room maybe because of the water pipes on the roof which are weird ! Roofs are full of water pipes not covered .

The location was perfect…

Everything was good .. the roof top pool and bar wasn’t open due to rainy season.. would love to visit again

Oda geniş,temiz ve yataklar rahattı.Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.

Uluslararası bir otel olduğunu düşünürsek bence kahvaltılarda daha farklı seçenekler olabilirdi.Sabah vaktinde akşam yemeği tarzı ağır şeyler yemek zor olabiliyor.

Our stay at the Redison was made even more special thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Rick and Ouwmie. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was truly a pleasure having them around throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality — you both made a lasting impression on our family.

Stanza grande provvista di tutto Incluso un gigantesco televisore e tante prese elettriche di tutti i tipi nei punti giusti. Internet velocissimo. Abbondante colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

La stanza non mi ha troppo soddisfatto dal punto di vista estetico con quel mobilio in laminato (in qualche punto già scrostato) e l'armadio a vista. Davvero brutto poi il ripiano sotto la tv (in disarmonia con il piano scrivania attaccato), per non parlare delle tazze anche scomodissime perchè prive di manico. L'intera struttura é mantenuta troppo al freddo per i miei gusti; la lobby é un frigorifero ma ovunque fa un pò freddo al punto che pur avendo tenuta spenta l'aria condizionata per tutto il periodo non sono mai riuscito a superare i 25°-26° nemmeno con le finestre aperte. Il pavimento del piatto doccia non ha la giusta inclinazione per far defluire l'acqua che ristagna fino al giorno successivo quando il personale addetto alle camere evidentemente la spinge verso lo scarico. Infine la posizione: tranquilla ma un pò troppo lontana per i miei gusti dalla zona più vivace di Patong.

Отличный городской отель, персонал вменяемый. Однажды забыли про нас на 3 дня, не было уборки, легких скандал и перед дверью стояло два комплекта уборщиков. Это конечно шутка юмора, все было отлично, нормальный городской отель почти в центре патонга

We chose to stay at Radisson RED Phuket for our anniversary which was truly the best decision. Oummie welcomed us at the reception and provided an extraordinary service. Thanks to her, our stay was simply perfect. She impersonated the best first impression you could probably have: professional, caring, friendly and always willing to help. Our room (Deluxe Room) was very spacious and clean with a nice TV and great rain shower. The hotel itself is located in a nice area near OTop Market and Hard Rock Cafe and in perfect walking distance to the beach and Bangla Rd. Area. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. We even were surprised with a nice setup and delicous cake for our anniversary (again: special thanks to Oummie!) All in all an unforgettable stay.
