Staff are very friendly and very helpful EVE, upgraded our rooms 4 rooms. She was very cooperative Kip was also very cooperative. She gave us a late checkout for all rooms KYLA and JONA , Natty, they are so kind, and very suppotive location of the hotel is excellent . Breakfast was fantastic compared to most hotels in Phuket

"Great stay in Patong beach area!"

We came in late at 1030pm. And immediately were helped by Mr. Rick and another lady (cannot rem her name). To my surprise they had upgraded us to 1 bed room suite from the standard room! Next day the staff Ms. Toi (I hope I have got the name correct) helped us choose a room for my son who came in the next day and upgraded him from deluxe room to 1 bed room suite! They accepted our request and arranged for decaff coffee for my wife also in the room. Great breakfast! Great staff! Really glad we chose this hotel!
