As this was my 3rd or 4th time staying there, i wasn't surprised by the standard. It has been exceptional from the 1st time i stayed there. Everything was good and excellent.

Maybe the parking area abit too far from my room. Wish i would remember to ask the to ask for it the next time i book a room.

The resort vibes here are truly exceptional and very rare to find within Kuala Lumpur. It offers a very chill atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful lake, making it feel like a genuine escape from the city hustle.

The buffet breakfast was unfortunately quite basic and didn't match the quality of the surroundings. Additionally, the room was inconvenient for a working couple as there was only one usable plug point available in the entire room area.

"We first stayed here nearly 15 years ago and it’s evident there has been minimal investment since then."

Lovely grounds and pool. Excellent restaurant staff.

Room was gloomy and rather shabby. And housekeeping was poor - had to ask repeatedly for two hand towels in a double room. And the body wash dispenser was filled with shampoo. All very disappointing.
