Room is clean, comfortable bed. Spacious parking space. Plenty of breakfast varieties.

A/c not so cool. At 9am, most of the food already finished and need to ask for refill. The old bridge on the swimming pool been there for quite sometimes already. Should be remove for safety.

Good hotel surrounded by greenery. It’s a perfect choice if you are looking for place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city with quiet and peaceful surroundings. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

1. The distance between the reception to the blocks where the rooms are located. It’s requires a bit of a walk and it’s troublesome for people with a lot of luggage and for senior citizens. 2. There’s no covered parking. So, when it rains, it’s impossible to get to your car without getting wet.

Bad TV reception. No warmth or friendliness from front office staff. Business as usual attitude. Overall standards have dropped over the last 8 years.

Lush greenery

Room’s noisy as in front of lift, front desk staff during check out frowning face and rude, breakfast re-fill slow and staff not friendly at all (except one in particular).

The breakfast was alright. Quite a good selection and wait staffs were attentive and courteous. I found a hair inside the roti. The hygiene of cooks need to be improved.

The cleanliness of the room is questionable. They were stains on the lounge chair, and black chair. It's disgusting. Toilet floor cracked. I asked for extra water from housekeeping staff, she said only 2 bottles everyday, if i want more, need to pay RM2.50/btl. I went out at 10:30am, asked for housekeeping, and when. i came back at 2pm, my bed is not made up yet. Called up the reception and asked for it, and 2 guys came at 4PM for housekeeping when i was in the middle of bath. Also if you stay in room during the day, you'll be accompanied by lawn mower's noise the entire time.
