The view, environment and location

The staff service. Dissatisfied with service by the staff at the counter. Our access card not working when we got back to our room. Going back and forth many times to the counter but I guess they were just tooooo busy to solve the problem so by the time we go back to the counter for the 3rd time, only then the guy report that to the technician or his manager. There are other issues also that makes me feel irritated with their services. This place is overrated.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Schöner Garten

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ! Trotz Stammgast sehr unpersönliche Ansprache Arsi der Page ( Bell Boy ), der Einzige, der mich als Stammgast immer wieder erkennt !

Nice environment and facilities

When we arrived, no bellboy comes to take our luggage. When we ask the guard over there, he just used signed language to go inside and ask the bell boy by ourselves. We went inside and no one ar reception. Had to called and waited. Got free cocktail for the day but the staff treated us like we did not deserve it. Went to breakfast at charcoal cafe and the staff who crossed our room number, did not greet and simple take our name and say nothing. The toilet near to charcoal is dirty. And when we want to go back, we called the bellboy many times, no answer. We had to go down to receptionist and requested for bellboy. Cant bring the stuff by ourselves because we have a lot of stuff and i am pregnant.

Wow amazingly nothing good bout this hotel! I wonder how they get such good rating?! The rating and pricing definitely didnt match it! Horrible! Indonesia hotel are wayyyy better than Malaysia!

1. Towels and bathrobe: very sure their laundry system in the hotel is lousy and not well maintained! Both have urine and stale smell everyday new one even when housekeeping change it. so its either smelly or there will be stain! 2. lighting of the room is too dim, felt very uncomfortable 3. Toilet is not too clean. Bathtub is super dirty with black stain here and there. and bath area also very dirty! house keeping come everyday but never clean down the toilet properly. Very disgusting! 4. you pay so much thinking the hotel will be generous in their mini bar, to my surprise, they are super cheapskate! 5. claim to have complimentary cake but was not given at all! 6. Breakfast buffet- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! better eat outside. the food is already limited plus suck. speech less. diluted latte😵‍💫 With this amount of money, i can stay and really relax in Indonesia 5 stars hotel, becoming king and queen there. While here in Malaysia, hotel standards is totally shit.

Buffets nice and lots of varieties

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel. There was only one staff member handling the reception counter, which resulted in delays. Another staff member appeared reluctant to assist with the registration process, causing further inconvenience. Despite requesting a twin/single-bed room, I was initially given a king-bed room. It took approximately 30 minutes to arrange a room change. Although a new room was eventually provided, the door lock was faulty, which raised concerns about room inspection and maintenance standards. In addition, another room assigned to us was not properly cleaned, and the floor was sandy and dirty, which was unacceptable and reflected poor housekeeping standards. The hotel management should take immediate steps to rectify these issues, including: Reception staff should be more attentive, proactive, and efficient in facilitating customer check-in and guest requests. Housekeeping and maintenance teams should implement a strict SOP checklist to ensure rooms are clean, fully inspected, and all facilities are functioning properly before guests check in. The hotel should improve its overall quality and standard of service to provide a better guest experience. I hope the management will address these matters seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
