"Nice for families"

Good space for the family of 4. Like the tatami area - very Japanese! Located in the ally so overall not noisy at all. Super close to a 24-hr supermarket which is very convenient. Walkable distance to Nishi Market as well.

Although the cutlery are provided, pots were in a really bad condition (full of scratches) so not really something you'd like to use. The client support is fully online and seems to be based in a foreign country - even though they are responsive, it takes quite some time to put the feedback into actions. However, overall i still pretty enjoy our stay.

"Amazing place to stay if visiting Kyoto"

Great location 5 minutes walk to Gojo station. Walking distance to several Temples. Loved our stay here.

Loved our stay. A rice cooker would have helped but still a great place to stay in Kyoto
