The whole experience was excellent. The owners were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was amazing! Everything you need in it and so beautiful and clean. The location was excellent too. Couldn't have asked for more. We'll worth the stay x

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with views over the city. Excellent location less than 10 mins walk to city centre. Key collection handover worked well. Great to have secure indoor parking.

Spacious, two bedroom apartment. Bonus of two bathrooms. The balcony was superb, for views and spending time with family..

The bath is too high and I'm tall. Hard for a smaller person to get out. Maybe the addition of hand rail and step would improve it for safety.

Fantastic modern clean apartment with a show stopping balcony

Uncomfortable beds that need new mattresses or toppers. Sofa very hard (may be personal taste but not a sofa you can lounge on)

Penthouse with balcony location was good with views of York Minster. Good furnishings. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, there were items damaged or missing, eg, dressing table stool was broken, no bedside tables or bedside lamps in master bedroom, electric blind did not go up fully in master, and bottom bar was broken in 2nd bedroom, no shower handles or slip mats in master ensuite, along with a distinct shortage of all kitchen equipment and clean accessible glasses.

Close to the centre, well equipped apartment Loved the outdoor area.

Nothing the apartment was modern, quiet and had a lovely balcony/terrace which unfortunately due to weather didn't have opportunity to use. We thought it was lovely apartment for a short visit to York
