"Very high standard property"

Apartment was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. Everything needed was provided. All the furnishing was very good and new. The balcony was very large with 2 seating areas which was a great place to drink and eat.

I think the 10:00 check out is a little early, bearing in mind check in is 15:00. However this isn't the first property I've stayed in with similar timings and can appreciate the time cleaning and prep for the next guests take.

"Excellent"

Location was excellent and the balcony had an amazing view of York. The apartment was very modern with secure underground parking, which was also a big bonus. The host Debbie, was always available and communicates all your needs in a very friendly and professional way. We would definitely stay sgain.

Problem with the extracting system made the apartment warm at times. The engineer was trying to rectify the issue. So, hopefully that will now be resolved. Otherwise nothing.
