location, employees extremely helpful, good breakfast

the bathroom sink was a bit blocked. not fixed after 3 days. but it was ferragosto holiday

Close to all amenities. Room very tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning was great.

Breakfast would was fine but some items would not get refilled after the guests finished it. But overall OK. Location is great, room is clean

The walls must be so thin...it feels like other guests are living in your rooms bathroom - you can hear them talk ,even exactly what they talk, you can here them cough,going toilet, opening curtains, watching TV - you hear everything! And this is while being with earplugs!!Two first nights I could not sleep as my neighbours where watching TV and video on the phone.... this is only big problem in this hotel... unless you are the person who can sleep no matter what then I would not recommend this hotel

Very nice people. Room clean, comfortabe. Small ancient building but moder room design!

Electricity cut off by midnight.Nobody to fix the problem .

The location is great, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

We had an issue with the water system in our room which resulted in flooding and 2 nights without water in the toilet flushing system. This wasn't enough to be given another room or any financial compensation.
