Staff was very helpful and very clean premises.

I don’t know what’s the thing in Sicily with hotels but the walls are so thin that i literally had a feeling like i was in the same room with the other guests.

Breakfast was unexpectactly great... olives, tomato, fantastix bread, cheese, ham, butter, yoghurts, boiled eggs.. really really good. Bed was comfy.

Decoration was ugly but overall great.

The location was the only great advantage of the hotel - it's almost in front of the port (not the beach) and at a walking distance from the city historic center.

So many things, it was a nightmare! The room was very tiny, like a broom-closet. It stank humidity that you can see in the bottom corners of the room: totally not recommended for people with asthma or allergies. There was a light censor, supposed to lighten the room up when you get through the door. But it had a dysfunction: it kept turning on the off on its own when I was sleeping (or trying to). It made an unbearable "click" every time it changed state. The walls were very thin so I could hear when people were talking, having a shower, or... snoring. Last but not least, the toilets were dirty, like nobody cleaned them after the last guest left. I think I had the WORST experience ever in this hotel.

The room is nice but too small. The location is great. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Good breakfast. The lady at reception very kind also.

Our room was too wet. I think it was because of heat and outside humidity together…but the floor in the room was wet. The lift very very slow. Payment parking all around.
