Hotel Trapani In

Help with the places to visit. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

In the evening there was no hot water. I was waiting more than 3 minutes and it did not change to hot.

Very clean but extremely small accommodations. My single room was tiny. The bed appeared to be several inches narrower than a standard single mattress. Plus, the side was against a wall which made the usable size seem to be even smaller. However, the bed was extremely comfortable. The lone elevator is the slowest elevator in the world. The door takes 11 seconds to open or close. Once closed, it takes 1 minute and 15 seconds to go 3 floors. Then it takes another 11 seconds for the door to fully open. But, the place was clean as a whistle.

very comfortable facilities and the staff was so friendly and helpful, specially Maria, she was so kind with me.

the only negative thing was the elevator , it was very slow so you had to be prepared to wait maybe 2 minutes or more to take the elevator

It was overpriced. The room was very small and we paid 183,60 Euros for one night including breakfast! That is definitely too much for that hotel. Also the breakfast was not really satisfying.

Very helpful staff. Gave me a map of Trapani and tips on transport and restaurants. The room was very small but clean and modern. Good shower and air con. Breakfast was a good selection and they provided soya milk and green tea.

Room was a little small and the walls were thin so sound travelled from the other rooms very easily.
