Breakfast very basic… two fried eggs super oily and a slice of bread. No restaurant available. Location far from the center and they rented us a motorcycle in very bad conditions

The AC and TV didn't work well

Very nice and cozy bungalow. A lot of space, few AC which allows you to make very convenient temperature inside.

We chose to stay here for 4 weeks solely for the facilities, which we used daily. The gym, pool and yoga room seem new but go largely unused, save for a few local families. We only saw a handful of other hotel guests in our 4 weeks here. The gym is sweltering, hotter than the outside temperature. We asked for the air con to be turned on but were just told ‘no’. No explanation! It also needs a serious clean. There are no towels, water, sanitizer or paper towels for the gym, pool or yoga. I really enjoyed the yoga which is Mon-Sat at 7.30pm. We were never once offered the boxing training in our 4 week stay, which was disappointing. The staff are quite disinterested and only willing to do the bare minimum. The 2 story bungalows are spacious and comfortable although the furniture is sparse. I needed to work 4 days a week and I had to find items around the complex as a makeshift desk and ask for a chair. Air-con and fan work well, hot water is plentiful and shower is good. A kitchenette is advertised but is non-existent. A microwave, toaster and sink would have been very useful but there was only a kettle and a mini fridge. There isn’t even a power point for the kettle and the fridge has been put near the bed. Breakfast is nice and delivered every day but does become slightly repetitive after a few days! We got fresh bread, eggs, fruit and coffee. Wi-Fi works very well and is reliable. The restaurant is mostly not operational but has a few large groups in sometimes at weekends. We only experienced the loud karaoke twice. It’s now undergoing renovations. Communication and interaction with the staff is not the best and even basic requests get forgotten about or lost in translation. Staff were OK but did seem put out at the simplest requests for cleaning (twice a week) and laundry. They spend a lot of time sitting around on their phones! We had read the reviews about the location but were not prepared for quite how bad it was.

Gym was amazing and that’s why I went there.

Rooms themself were so-so. Broken TV, bed not super comfy, weird set up into the karaoke restaurant bit. Dodgy part of town and not nice to stay in.
