"Luxe Luang Prabang"

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to everything picturesque in the city. It has a cosy boutique feel and is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, charming and stylish. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Only a few doors down is Big Brother Mouse, who run sessions to help improve English language learning in Laos, this made it very easy to drop in when possible. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Luang Prabang.

Beautifully presented property, room perfectly clean with very comfortable bed and 2 pillows! Plenty hot water. Delicious simple breakfast cooked to order. Pleasant garden to enjoy breakfast outside. Staff so kind and helpful, booked train tickets and waterfalls trip for us. Amazing would highly recommend! Location is in a lovely part of town close to river and great restaurants & cafes.

"Fantastic place to stay in Luang Prabang if you grab 1 of the 8 rooms!"

I'm lucky to take a bet on this place with 1 review because it's the best place to base yourself in Luang Prabang! They have 8 rooms and they're booked a week out! They opened in Sep 2023. Rooms were cosy and clean and bathroom has rain shower. The only thing is that the air con compressor makes noises a few times particularly at night but generally it stops after a few minutes and by 11pm. B & Muar (Sorry if I didn't spell correctly) were always ready to provide information if you need it. Money exchange is also possible which is very close to Google rates for popular currencies like USD. If you're exchanging other currencies, I find the best rate for SGD was at Phongsavath bank. Fantastic location with 2 excellent food options. Right across is Nong Tao, a eatery famous for its homely fare of noodles, rice and stir fry. Diagonally across the road is Pocolo which is famous for its pizza but I haven't tried. It's always a pleasure to return every night to this cosy little place.

Great location. Good breakfast with free coffee/tea. Bed very comfortable.

The bathroom need to be deep cleaned. Toilet dusty and shower have visible soap scums.

"Great stay in the center of Luang Prabang"

Maison Barn Laos is a beautiful colonial house located in the nicest part of Luang Prabang Very clean, nice decor, nice and helpful staff

My room had a view on the back of the courtyard, leading to a toilet - didn't bother me but would have been nice to be notified (I probably would have upgraded)
