The reception is friendly, attentive. Khao soi is tasty, I loved it. Water is provided in reusable jar, which is a good idea.

Unfortunately no room service is done during my stay. I have to request all toiletries to be refilled as they were finished. Slightly dusty here and there, and since it is connected to outdoor terrace, quite a lot of mosquito.

We had a lovely three-night stay in one of the (larger?) upstairs rooms. The Maison Barn is not so large and the street it's on, though very central, is not that busy so it was a pretty quiet stay and no issues with noise at night. Location perfect for access to riverside, main street, temples etc. Room was spacious and nicely furnished - bathroom was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Very comfortable room and bed, with good AC and hot water. The hotel itself is a beautifully updated historical building.

The only thing I would recommend is to provide a top sheet for the bed. The covers are very comfortable but thick enough that you have to run the AC on high to remain cool. I probably used twice the electricity than I would have due to this.

An exceptionally beautiful, small and cozy boutique hotel property. Beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable rooms. Set on a quiet street, with easy access to the city's main attractions. A lovely breakfast service in the morning with helpful team on site all day. Highly recommend.
