Great location, walking distance to many things. Staff was very friendly. The BEST and FASTEST wifi I've had in any hotel in Laos!! The room was clean and cozy. Nice shower (and an actual shower! Not a wet room like so many other hotels in Laos). I really appreciated the unlimited free water.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but it was often late and I wouldn't receive food until almost 8:00. There were times I showed up for breakfast at 7:30 and the breakfast staff hadn't arrived yet. Since there were a few days we had to leave for excursions at 8:00, we had to skip the hotel breakfast and eat our own food for a few days.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious, bedding and furniture stylish and practical. The night manager and the cooks were very friendly and helpful. There was a small but pleasant breakfast area in the courtyard.

The person who checked us in seemed uninterested and unfriendly. He was quite officious. Maybe because of his English skills? We missed having private outdoor space as we did in other places.

We had a very spacious and stylish colonial triple room upstairs with the use of the internal balcony. Very helpful staff and a quiet area within walking distance of everywhere.

Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Beautifully kept guest house right in the heart of the nicest part of town.

Breakfast was OK, but not the highlight of the property - instant coffee.

The bed was comfortable, shower was also fine I guess, it was warm.

It’s probably worth 30 USD a night for its location. Not more. It’s not properly managed, probably locally owned but no real manager on site, the standard room was dark and always damp from the bathroom. Felt like a small box you want to get out from. With check-in they request you to sign a form that obliges you to pay allot of money if you break something in the room and ask a fairly high deposit to. (What a warm welcome that is when you just arrived.) It’s normal you are liable if you break stuff but the way they do it feels like they don’t trust you even handing you the key to the room. The breakfast is fine, very basic with instant coffee or tea only. Be wary before booking, because the vibe of the place suggests it’s all a bit higher quality than what you get once you are there. The lady’s at the breakfast were very kind though. That’s a plus. Won’t return though and regret my stay.

The location is perfect, 50m to the main street where the morning alms (tak bat) takes place. It also has a very good value for money. Wifi connection is also working very well.

The room is a little bit small. The staff is not so friendly. Breakfast is from 7.30AM but they serve it later, and you have to wait.

The hotel has its own charm and it's good location in the old center. If you like Laos food, they serve for breakfast Kao Soi soup with pork.
