Centrally located and in a beautiful old refurbished building. Staff were helpful and arranged scooter rental from the hotel.

We were initially given a ground floor room which was a bit musty. The upstairs rooms are way nicer.

The breakfast was good. It had both Western and Lao noodles to choose from.

The room is smaller than I expected, and the shower light wasn't working on the first night. However, they fixed it quickly.

The house itself is beautiful and in a good location. The staff are nice although they were confused when we had some question related to recommendation :P . The deluxe room is in good condition but I recommend to change the bedsheet when I request to make up the room ( it has been two days). The standard room is small and old . It has better to stay at deluxe and pay the diffence

Breakfast could have had a little more variety....sliced white bread and sachets of strawberry jam was not appetising.

The location of the property is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance of many of the best attractions and restaurants. The rooms are also comfortable and the breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

The rooms are small with little natural daylight and some noise from the street (which is to be expected), but there are nice communal areas too too. They also take a $20 deposit in case of damages, which was not a problem but something to be aware of!
