ZAIt did accommodate us very well and all what was promised we did get it and it , was comfortable for th price
It needs to be proper cleaned inside and outside

Place had an awful smell, pool was dirty, mosquitos and lizards, rodents ate our food, there were no towels and they didn't change the sheets and we were there for 3 days.

One of the bank did not have a ladder
ZAWe arrived on Wednesday. Received no towels, didn't have hot water for two days. Bedding was dirty. The place was dirty with urine smelling not only in the bathroom, but also where we slept! At night we couldn't rest because of the rats! They ate our food. My three-year old grandchild was so scared because of the rats that she refused to eat. I was so flabbergasted about this situation and reported it to the manager. Her (Brenda) response: 1.On the issue with the rodents she joked and said the patrons are usually drunk and had never complained about the rat 🐀 plague. 2. On the dirty bedding she just said sorry. 3. About the cold water, she indicated that the geyser had a problem and will be fixed. 3. The towels were provided on Friday without any explanation. 4. About the general filth of the place, she just said she had informed the owner before and that he did nothing. What made it worse was that one of the workers came on the night before check out to say we have been "upgraded" to a better place! I mean, we stayed from Wednesday- Sunday in this filthy, rat infested place and suddenly we have been upgraded! This experience tarnished the reputation of the city of Durban and that of the industry at large. People pay good money for vacations and then the likes of Eagle Forest Inn spoils it! This place is like a shack and the pictures on the internet are completely different from reality. Then, on check out day, they told me that the next time I go to Durban, I may stay two days for free! However, I was not contacted by the so-called owner to confirm my free two days at another establishment. This was a complete nightmare experience which I do not wish on anyone else!
ZAZAZAZAThe area is beautiful inside bit wen you arrived outside is not convinced🤣 yeah place is nice and reasonable for the price staff are friendly we only incounter stove problem for cooking👍👍👍
