ZAThe need to improve in bedding, kitchen and bath rooms
ZAThe shower tap was broken. Parking the car at the opposite house, not where we are staying.
ZAThe natural look was 👍, the parking was secure and safe, the area looked and felt safe.
The bathroom door could not close properly, there was no cold water in the bathroom, so we could not take a shower. The TV did not work, it went on and there were no channels, it was a long way down with our heavy bags, my wife and I had a spine operation and had to walk right down to the bottom, no option was given for the front rooms or convenience.

Everything was falling apart There's a lot of maintenance to be done to the place The apartment smelt horrible A rat 🐁 ate our food, even though management replaced them It's far from the beach and cbd Pool wasn't cleaned on a daily basis even though there were a lot of people

The house smells like mould, we were running out of breath and we were with kids. They really need to fix the place it’s not clean and even if you ask for help they attend you after a long time. There was a lot of noise when we were trying to sleep on the room next door with cocomelon at night. There is no parking for cars. One of the house keepers smokes weed and at some point it got inside the house and it was bad for kids
ZAVery dirty, the pool was dirty. The place is not taken care of. Was very disappointed for the amount people pay they should atleast be able to maintain the units. Very disappointing!!!!
Everything.... everything is deteriorating, funny smell, flies, bath tub made of tiles, my mom almost fell because it was sleeperry, how could one put normal tiles on a bath tub!! Ridiculous!!!

Dirty old smelly fridge, not enough plates or glasses for 7 people. Lounge suite should have being discarded long time ago. Sunken in and hurt legs. Some plugs not working. Picture on website doesn't correspond. Lots of small compartments . In the bundu, far from everything. Showerdoor cracked.
