Pool was not cleaned
ZAZAZAZAThe kids enjoyed the pool and the fact that there was wifi
The house wasnt clean and they dont clean nor change linen for the duration of your stay, the house had a bad odour, doors damaged and the showers looked disgusting It looks like the place isnt well maintenanced
ZAThe staff/caretaker was kind especially when we told her about our discomfort.
Quite a few things * The pool was dirty * One of the beds was broken so it was uncomfortable to sleep * The rule of locking the gate at 9 was an inconvenience, with no keys given to the guests for easy access * The shower is extremely small * Having to park our cars at a different house was frustrating * Lastly the infrastructure is not well kept it needs to be taken care of. * The contact person listed in the booking reservation was nowhere to be found.
ZAThe area is quite and pretty
It has a lot of mosquitoes and it’s hot in the rooms with only one fan. The bath tub was leaking into the kitchen. The pool was dirty at the time we arrived. The rooms are not as nice as they were seen on booking.com.
