"Decepción total"

Habitación agradable aunque con mucho insectos.

La alberca está helada , no se puede meter de lo fría que esta. El chapoteadero y jacuzzi si están calientes pero la alberca grande es imposible meterse de lo fría que esta. Las habitaciones se oye todo , no pudimos dormir por los ronquidos de las personas de la habitación contigua , con eso le digo todo . El parque acuático se ve muy deteriorado y da una muy mala imagen . Su restaurante nada que ver , es preferible comer fuera .

Las habitaciones están preciosas y súper espaciosas.Excelentes camas, ya que eran King sizes; excelentes para descansar. Un 10 de 10.

La alberca más grande fría pero a favor muy limpia y el servicio de restaurant PÉSIMO. La comida sabía refrigerada y sin sazón; y su servicio de restaurant es sólo hasta las 3p.m.

El lugar es tal cual las imágenes, fue muy cómodo y lindo, además que El precio fue bajo y las instalaciones superaron mis espectativas. Ampliamente recomendable.

Les falta un restaurante más grande, pero entiendo que por el número de habitación no lo tienen.

The bed, the pool a little to cold,

The hot water, the cold handle was the hot water and the hot handle was the cold water The breakfast was good, just make sure they make a lot at the same time so they do not have to be in a hurry, making more food I had to pay 80 pesos for my kid to have breakfast, because she was free in the fee of the hotel, but not free to eat food.

Its a beautiful hotel.the breakfast was very good

The pool was not heated,,,,the room was not soundproof, other guests were loud and we couldn't sleep
