"Nice but not great would never go back ."

Looks nice

The air conditioning didn’t work , the breakfast included sucked so bad . It was an American style and was not . Chilaquiles is not American and they tasted nasty . They charged me for my kids even though everything was including.

Nice place a little outside of town, thus no traffic problems, quite stay and easy to reach. As the place was built recently, everything feels nice and new, very friendly staff and no problem with arrival time around 02.00 AM. Have been staying here several times in the past, always happy - THANK YOU

"Great place to just relax and in wind."

Clean. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable bathrooms.took time for hot water to reach the room but when it got there it was hot.Limited fare at the restaurant. Hotel far away from any other restaurant.However close by we found a fantastic restaurant Don Valente which would compare with a five star place anywhere. Great food and we had some excellent French wine. Breakfast and dinner at this place was amazing. Kudos to the chef and very friendly staff. Attached to Don Valente is a spa, Barbers Spa, great for massage and other spa services. Hotel Splash was great but the services from Don Valente made the vacation so much better.

Great place. No major complaints. However if you want to visit San Miguel de Allende which is the most beautiful city in Mexico, you are 20 minutes away and no transportation easily available. If you have a car then you can frequently shoot out to visit SMA for sightseeing or great restaurants.
