NZIt was what it was advertised as - basic accommodation in a good location (in walking distance of Eden Park), clean and functional, reasonable value especially for Auckland. A bonus is off-street parking, as Auckland Council tows every vehicle without a resident's parking certificate in the area on matchdays.

This is a SCAM. I booked this for my partner who found herself stranded in Auckland. Upon arrival she found there was no room. The man (owner??) there told her others had also turned up looking for non existent rooms. I want my money repaid in full and asap. My partner was forced to return to the airport and sit there for the whole night,
FIthe room was spacious. Location is good, nead mt eden.
the room smelled of cigarettes, I have asthma and the smell was really disgusting. My friend also smell that strongly. There were either residents or guests in the kitchen who made noise until 11 pm and watched a really loud movie. We had a long flight in the morning, quiet time should be start 10:00 p.m. The common areas, toilet and kitchen were dirty. toothbrushes in the shower and sink and hairs in the toilet. There is no soundproofing or trash bin in the room. the price was expensive compared to previous better accommodations.

NZCommunication with owner was great. We were there for the All Blacks vs Argentina game, was walking distance to Eden Park stadium was a bonus, that's why we chose here to stay. Will definitely stay there again when going to another event at Eden Park.🙂
Only complaint was the weather 🙃
