AUIt was easy to find, easy to get in and the house plus my bed and room was very clean, warm, cosy.
This is not the owner’s fault - and the other boarders were very lovely, friendly, pleasant and welcoming people overall, but were quite noisy one night after the 10pm curfew house rule. But when I brought the issue up, it was sorted and no drama on my last night.

Bathroom very dirty...walls are not sound proof. Could hear old mate next door snoring. Window didn't seal properly so the water leaking from spouting was annoying.

The house/the room smelt of tobacco smoke, the place/other tenants (they seemed to be long-term stayers) was/were noisy until after 0100AM, the fact that there was no door/buffer between the common/kitchen area and the rooms made this worse. The bathrooms were filthy, to the point where we decided not to shower/use them the morning we checked out.
NZSuper close to Eden Park, easy walk. Nice high ceiling bedroom at front of house.
