There is privacy and the rooms were thoroughly tidied.

I booked for two nights and there was no water throughout. We were given water in a basket on the last night. Communication from management would have eased the situation.

Their rooms are not what I expected ,we had to moved to another room,they need to fumigate

I diddnt sleep there, the roo. Was dirty, there was no water at all , we had to fi d ourselves another suitable place for us , we wanted our refund , unfortunately the told us we must tell booking.com, so we are hurt, and the white guy the i forgot his name , he was very rude, very rude so we didnt use their place, nothing to like

Everything was a mess, they must take that place very serious, they run it like a spaza shop and its very dirty from outside to inside very old furniture and messy

The only thing this establishment got going for them is the location. Beautiful views of the dam.

We arrived and was informed that there's no water. Promised it would be restored soon. During this period of NO water, there was no formal apology or even a plan B. We had to ask for water to even just wash our hands. Water was restored the next morning. By the afternoon there was once again NO water. The manager advised that it will possibly be restored the next morning. Again no apology or plan B. So we made the decision to pack up and check out. Well, then the room we stayed in.... the staircase was unsafe, no proper railing. It is located under the parking lot. The place was dusty, windows cracked, shower had no door. When you open your windows you have a beautiful view of the dirty roof. The bunkbed was covering half of the door to the bathroom. A building inspector and fire department need to go and inspect the place. They will likely shut it down. Please advise on the process of claiming my refund. Thank you

From when you stepped on the grounds there were beer cans and dirt laying everywhere, the room we were booked in had such dodgy stairs my wife refused to use them, the room had a nice view but was not worth the R2500 a night fee, there wasn't any coffee, milk or sugar. they don't have breakfast and it gets very loud at night, and the manager doesn't do anything about it. we ended up in another room which was just as bad, I think if they cleaned the place a bit it would make a bit of a difference.

The staff was helpful & friendly

The bathroom & the bedroom door couldn't close.... The kitchen 😩 we can't share the kitchen with the staff.. Cooking next to someone doing laundry 🤦🤦
