The view and location

The rooms were not so ready

The swimming pool and play area with the view of the dam.

1. The place smells like old mould 2. Infested by spiders and insects. There are dead spiders on almost every corner. 3. The beds smelled like they weren’t cleaned/changed. 4. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable 5. We showered with cold water as there wasn’t hot water. 6. No one to assist us at the reception in morning, ( regarding water) all my kids had to use cold water to bath. 7. Doors don’t lock properly and they leave open gaps, which is a safety risk…. 8. No WiFi and no property tv. (Box type TV)

Nothing

From the beginning we had issues. Arrival was delayed. The 5 sleeper we booked, was damp, moudly and first room was leaking with water. Then the manager and owner didn't want to assist us to move to another 5 sleeper. They agreed to move us to a 2 rooms with double bed but that wasn't enough for us. We had to move the guest to a house that we came for a wedding. I would like a full refund. Thank you Kind regards 0833266710 Please call me as I'm very dissatisfied and angry.

The bed did not have a leg it was uncomfortable. When we reach there the lights had a problem we waited for them to insert the bulbs and i was disappointed.

The view

The entrance to the reception area is dirty, the room is outdated and could have been a bit cleaner, the shower had no door. No value for money.
