Children’s play area and how close it is to our places of interest

Not comfortable to stay at and the fact that for standard offerings of a self catering accommodation we were expected to pay extra

The view is the only positive thing about booking here.

Staff did not prepare our room and attempted to put us into 5 different inferior rooms that we did not book due to their poor bookings management. We had to aggressively insist on getting the room we booked. It took 2 hours to get checked in. The room was not cleaned and the facility is generally dirty and unmaintained. Another guest's property was strewn across our room. Bathroom was dirty and toilet had no cistern cover. Linen was dirty. Staff use rails around the pool to hang linen and laundry which spoils the view. The staff and property are just not up to standard. Horrible experience and feel like I've been scammed.

The view is beautiful. The location is great.

The place is run down. It is not clean. The supplies in the kitchen are minimal and it does not allow for self catering at all. 2 year old urinated in the bed. The bed was left open to show wet patch and the sheet was not changed. The beds are not moved when cleaning, the mess under the beds was disgusting. There is no shower door, the water covers the bathroom floor and the window sill where the wood is warped and rotting. There is mould in the shower and it looks disgusting. Places can be old but need to be spotless. The balcony slates are too wide. Both our 2 and 5 year olds could fit through the slats very easily. This is a family room and children will be in a family room. The steps going up to the room are metal and a child can fall through the gaps very easily. I don't think the place would pass safety tests at all. This place is not even a one star accommodation. The other guests we met at the pool were all very unhappy with the accommodation as it does not look like the photos on the various sites. There were rubbish bags lying around the pool area that were half open and were not removed the whole time we were there. Flies plague you when sitting there watching the children swim. The photos must be twenty years old. For me, having booked on Booking.com, it is not a good look for your company. I have many more photies.

Nothing at all stuff was very rude and did not assist in anyway

Upon arrival we where not received with respect at all stuff did not know how to communicate or treat us as guest we ended up leaving and not staying there at all

The location is perfect and the staff is extremely outstanding

The place lacks cleanliness and the pictures do not match what we got upon arrival. The linen is bad and the bed is not comfortable at all. There was no wifi...HOW
