Grand Crowne Resort

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the spa tub was fantastic.

The staff was pushy about trying to book us on a time share presentation, there was a large stain in the carpet, the walls were thin so we could hear the people next door, I got stuck in the elevator and we found a bed bug.

Atmosphere, quite rooms

The first room we were in was a little small for us. You did aloud us to upgrade to a larger room. We no problems it was excellent.

Pretty nice location

I was charged the same for a standard room as a family member with a deluxe room.

The bed was comfortable

The furniture wasn't comfortable. No extra blankets. We echoed when we talked

The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the washer/dryer in the unit.

There are so many things: the 2+ hour wait to check in, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and it wasn’t listed as such on the site and that was one of the reasons we chose this place along with the tennis courts that were listed on booking.com that didn’t exist, the noise level, the fact that the bedroom was at the front of the unit along the sidewalk, one rooms keys quit working after one night so had to go back to the office to get new keys, the one unit our adult children stayed in wouldn’t cool off so we finally called and the older couple in the adjacent room had flipped the breaker (huge safety issue I believe) off so they had no air conditioning at all during an extreme heat wave for the first two nights which we didn’t even know about until the day before we were to leave.

We were first put in a small apartment size, awfully small for four people with one being handicaped in a wheelchair, and they changed us to a bigger apartment with more room.

We ask for a couple extra blankets, but never received them, but we made do and it was fine.
