"Disappointing cleanliness and maintenance"

I liked the communication with the owner and the spacious rooms.

The walls had black mold, and the apartment was not properly cleaned, the floors were especially dirty. The toilet cistern had extremely poor water pressure, so we often had to use a bucket of water to flush it. The showers were semi-open, and the water pressure there was also very weak. The towels smelled bad, and the entire apartment had a strong humidity/mold smell. Additionally, the lock on the building door was very difficult to use, and we often had to stand outside for several minutes trying to open it.
